Shuttering Carpenters Required – Immediate Start 📍 Location: Ipswich 📅 Duration: 3–4 Weeks Initially (Potential for Ongoing Work) EA Associates are currently recruiting 2–3 experienced Shuttering Carpenters for an immediate start on a major commercial new-build project in Ipswich. Working alongside established Groundworks and Civil Engineering contractors, you'll be involved in a range of shuttering and formwork duties on a busy and well-managed site. Key Responsibilities: * Reading and interpreting construction drawings and formwork plans. * Measuring, cutting, and assembling timber, plywood, steel, and aluminium formwork. * Installing and erecting formwork for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, and other concrete structures. * Ensuring all formwork is accurately aligned, level, and capable of supporting wet concrete safely. * Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site safety at all times. Requirements: * Valid CSCS Card (Blue or Gold preferred). * Previous shuttering carpentry experience. * Ability to provide references upon request. * Reliable transport and ability to commute to site daily (accommodation/digs not provided).
