Project Manager (Construction)

A well-established main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major new-build development in Newtown

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work across the public sector, delivering complex Design & Build projects from pre-construction through to completion

The Role

You will take ownership of a large-scale new-build scheme, working closely with clients, consultants, design teams and the site delivery teamsA key aspect of this role is involvement during the pre-construction phase, contributing to programme development, procurement strategy, risk management and stakeholder engagement before works commence on site

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering large-scale new-build construction projects
\n
• Strong pre-contract / pre-construction experience
\n
• Experience working under NEC contracts
\n
• Demonstrable track record delivering public sector D&B projects
\n
• Background within a main contractor environment
\n
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
\n
• Ability to manage programmes, budgets, risk and project teams effectively
\n
