As a Teacher within the Codsall Multi Academy Trust Bank Staff Pool, you will:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that promote pupil progress and achievement
\n
• Foster a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment
\n
• Adapt confidently to different classroom settings and age groups
\n
• Assess and monitor pupil development in line with school expectations
\n
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management
\n
• Uphold safeguarding and professional responsibilities at all times
\n

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
\n
• Experience teaching within UK Primary or Middle School settings
\n
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
\n
• A flexible, professional and reliable approach
\n
• A commitment to raising standards and supporting every child's learning journey
\n
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
\n
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
\n
