\nTocontributetoaprogrammeofactivitiessuitabletotheagerangeofchildreninyourarea,inconjunctionwithotherstaff.
\nSupportallstaffandengageinagoodstaffteam.
\nLiaisewithandsupportparentsandotherfamilymembers.
\nToattendoutofworkinghoursactivities,e.g.training,monthlystaffmeetings,parent'sevenings,summerfayre,Christmasparty,etc.
\nTobeflexiblewithinworkingpracticesofNursery.
\nBepreparedtohelpwhereneeded,includingtoundertakecertaindomesticjobswithintheNursery,e.g.preparationofsnackmeals,cleansingofequipment,etc.
\nWorkalongsidethemanagerandstaffteamtoensurethatthephilosophybehindtheprojectisfulfilled.
\nRecordingaccidentsintheaccidentbook.
