With over 25 years of industry experience, they pride themselves on quality workmanship, compliance, and long-term client relationships.\n\nThe Role:\n\nWe are seeking reliable and skilled General Builders/ Multi Traders who can carry out a wide range of property maintenance and building tasks to a high standard. You will work across a variety of properties completing reactive maintenance, planned repairs, and refurbishment works.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working across multiple trades.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n General property maintenance and building works\n\n * \n\n Basic carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating and patch repairs\n\n * \n\n Kitchen and bathroom repairs / minor installations\n\n * \n\n Flooring repairs and installations\n\n * \n\n Internal and external maintenance works\n\n * \n\n Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard\n\n * \n\n Maintaining a professional approach when working in occupied properties\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as a Multi Trader / General Builder / Property Maintenance Operative\n\n * \n\n Competent across several trades (carpentry, plumbing, decorating etc.)\n\n * \n\n Experience working in residential or commercial maintenance environments\n\n * \n\n Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently\n\n * \n\n Full UK Driving Licence\n\n * \n\n Good communication and customer service skills\n\nDesirable (Not Essential)\n\n * \n\n NVQ qualification in a building trade\n\n * \n\n CSCS Card\n\n * \n\n Experience working within care homes, housing, or commercial property maintenance\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\n * \n\n Competitive pay rates\n\n * \n\n Ongoing work with a growing national company\n\n * \n\n Opportunity to work on varied projects across multiple sectors\n\n * \n\n Supportive management team\n\n * \n\n Long-term opportunities for the right candidates\n\nHow to Apply:\n\nIf you are an experienced Multi Trader or General Builder looking for consistent work with a well-established property maintenance company, we would like to hear from you
