Tradewind Recruitment are proud to be supporting a secondary school in Salford in their search for a Design Technology Teacher to join their team from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and motivated teacher to deliver engaging DT lessons across KS3 and KS4 within a well-resourced department.

The school is seeking a teacher who can inspire students through practical learning and creative lesson delivery while maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.

The successful candidate will:

• Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Have experience teaching Design Technology within a secondary school
• Be confident delivering practical lessons safely and effectively
• Have strong classroom management skills and a positive approach

This role would suit both experienced teachers and ambitious ECTs looking to secure a long-term role for September.
